We have a great opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join one of our New Zealand stores. We are looking for someone who embodies not only the job requirements but everything Kookai. Above all, we want someone who excels at customer service and leads by example.

If you have previous management experience, are self-motivated and believe that your people are everything (team & customers) and are looking at furthering yourself in a career in fashion, then this position is for you! We strongly believe in developing our team to succeed and will provide with ongoing training to help further develop your capabilities.

This opportunity involves:

Leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service

Styling customers

Driving sales and KPI’s

Visual merchandising

Managing administrative requirements

Training and development of your team (and you!)

Maintaining store standards

Loss prevention


Ideally, you have:

Passion for the retail and customer service industry

Excellent customer service skills

Initiative & effective communication

Management experience

Immaculate presentation

A desire to progress within the company
