We will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. 

  • All orders are sent Express via Courier Post and do require Signature On Delivery. (We cannot be responsible for delivery for orders that have requested Safe Drop)
  • Postage is free for orders $200 or more and Gift Cards. Orders under $200 will incur an $8 shipping fee (flat rate)
  • During Promotion and Sale periods, there may be slight delays in receiving your order due to increased volumes. You will be advised of any expected delays during the checkout process
  • Once your parcel has been scanned by the freight carrier you will be able to track your order
  • Dispatch of orders may be delayed where address or payment information requires correction or verification

We will do everything to deliver your item(s) as quickly as possible, however please allow 2-4 Business days to receive your parcel using track and trace as delivery times may vary due CourierPost network.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number.


All orders require a signature on delivery. If you’re not present when delivery is attempted, the driver will leave a card in your mailbox with information on how to collect your parcel at your nearest depot.

Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact us immediately.
