The safety and wellbeing of our employees, customers and suppliers remains our top priority at this time. With this in mind, we’ve put in place the following measures to ensure the highest standards of safety when you shop with us online: 

  • All orders will be sent to NZ via Australia Post and delivered to customers via NZ Post. NZ Post couriers will now be dropping off packages without the requirement of a signature.
  • Our designated warehouse space (where your order is packed), now has a maximum of 5 employees at any one time who are all required to wear masks and gloves.
  • Sanitisation of our warehouse space is carried out frequently throughout the day.
  • Our customer support team are available via phone, and email to answer any queries you may have regarding online orders, returns and to offer styling advice.
  • We will also be introducing new options for delivery, order collection, and styling over the coming weeks to ensure you can experience as much of the in-store shopping experience from home as possible.

We are actively monitoring the situation and will continue to follow Government advice, and implement new measures as necessary.

We will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. 

  • All orders dispatched from our external warehouse in Melbourne, Australia and are sent International Express via Australia Post.
  • Orders require Signature On Delivery (We cannot be responsible for delivery for orders that have requested Safe Drop).
  • Postage is free for orders $150 or more and Gift Cards. Orders under $150 will incur an $10 shipping fee (flat rate)
  • During Promotion and Sale periods, there may be slight delays in receiving your order due to increased volumes. You will be advised of any expected delays during the checkout process
  • Once your parcel has been scanned by the freight carrier you will be able to track your order
  • Dispatch of orders may be delayed where address or payment information requires correction or verification

We will do everything to deliver your item(s) as quickly as possible, however please allow 4-7 Business days to receive your parcel using track and trace as delivery times may vary due to the Australia Post network

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number.

All orders require a signature on delivery. If you’re not present when delivery is attempted, the driver will leave a card in your mailbox with information on how to collect your parcel at your nearest depot.

We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.

Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact us immediately.

Dispatch of orders may be delayed when address correction or amendment is requested.
