CLICK & COLLECT
KOOKAÏ's Click & Collect service allows you to place an order online and collect your purchases directly from your chosen KOOKAI boutique. Click & Collect is a complimentary service, available to you 7 days a week.
Placing a Click & Collect Order
1. Once you've found a product(s) you love on our website, select your preferred size and colourway and click Find in Store or Add to Bag.
2. Proceed to checkout to complete your order.
3. Enter in your Delivery Details & Select the boutique you would like to collect from under the Shipping Method.
4. Complete your details and make payment.
5. Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email confirming that your order has been received, followed by a 'Ready to Collect' email and SMS notification once your order is ready for collection.
6. To collect your order, check the trading hours for your chosen boutique and present your 'Ready to Collect' email or SMS notification and photo identification. We will hold your order for 7 days from the date you receive your 'Ready to Collect' notification. If you haven't collected your order in this time, it will be cancelled and a refund issued to you.
