Open only to residents of countries we deliver to via the following websites https://www.kookai.com.au/, https://www.kookai.co.nz/, and aged 18 or over, except directors, officers, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management and employees) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this competition. |

Competition Period |
As each Competition differs, the Competition Period for each Competition will differ depending on the particulars of that Competition. Details of the specific Competition Period for its specific Competition will be provided upon the announcement of the specific Competition. |

Entry Method |
To enter the Competition during the Competition Period, the entrants must complete one of the following Entry Methods depending upon the Competition instructions: 1. (a) Like the relevant competition video on TikTok, (b) Tag a friend on the relevant competition video on TikTok, and (c) Follow the kookai_official page on TikTok.

3. (a) Locate the Kookai FIAT in one of the five locations as mentioned on the relevant competition on TikTok. The entry method for each daily competition will be specified in the relevant video for that daily competition. |

Prize |
There are 5 Prizes to be won, with varying values from $30AUD up to $1000AUD. The total Prize pool is up to $3000AUD. The details of the Prize for a daily competition will be specified in the relevant video for that daily competition. All Prizes are listed in AUD. |

Entry Limits |
Entrants are allowed one entry per each daily competition out of the 5 days, being 5 entries in total. |

Winner Notification |
The entries in game of chance competitions will be selected at random by the Promoters. The entries in game of skill competition (if applicable) will be judged and the winners decided by the Promoters. The winners for the relevant daily competitions will be notified via their TikTok direct message by the Promoters on the day following the relevant daily competition. Alternatively, the winners for the relevant daily competition will be provided with the Gift Card that is referenced in that specific Competition. |

Prize Claim Date and Time |
The Prize will be delivered to your given postal address or email address as relevant, or via hand delivery if applicable, as soon as practicable after the end of the Competition Period. |

1. Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions. By entering, entrants accept these conditions. 2. Entries must be received during the Competition Period. Entries are deemed to be received at the time they are posted by the entrant. The Promoters are not liable for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence due to error, omission, tampering, deletion, theft, communications failure or otherwise. Entrants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the Internet. 3. Some competitions out of the 5 days will be games of chance, and skill plays no part in determining the winner. Some competitions out of the 5 days will be games of skill. The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 4. The winner will be notified in accordance with the Winner Notification. 5. The Promoters may require entrants to provide proof of identity, age and/or proof of address for purposes of confirming your eligibility. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion. 6. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any unredeemed portion of the Prize will be forfeited. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any variation in Prize value. If a Prize or any element of a Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoters may substitute for that Prize or element of that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoters. 8. The Promoters and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). 9. The winner is responsible for ensuring they provide the correct email address for delivery of the Prize, and for ensuring the security of the Prize after receipt. 10. The winner is responsible for all costs associated with accessing the Promoters’ website in order to redeem the Prize. 11. If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoters, the Promoters may in their sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries. 12. The Promoters may, at their discretion, give prizes to individuals who have made purchase from the website prior to the competition period. Clauses 7, 8, 9 and 10 apply to these prizes. |
